What is a Case ID?

The Case ID is a unique identifier for each case associated to a Proclaim Patient. While a Proclaim Patient will also have a Proclaim ID associated with their patient record, they may have multiple case IDs over time if they have more than one mouthpiece order with Proclaim.

What is a Proclaim ID?

The Proclaim ID is a unique identifier that is associated with each Proclaim Patient. This ID will persist for that Proclaim patient for the duration of their relationship with Proclaim.

What is a Scan Set ID?

A Scan Set ID is a unique identifier used to denote a particular set of scans that are associated with a Proclaim mouthpiece case/order.
