### How long does it take to receive my order?

As our product is tailored specifically to your oral anatomy, an intraoral scan of your mouth is needed to create your customized mouthpiece.

After your scan is taken by one of our scanning partners, you can expect shipment of the product in approximately 4 weeks. 

### How long will my Proclaim last?

Proclaim's specially tailored mouthpiece is designed to remain effective for a period of at least 2 years under typical usage. In cases where significant modifications occur in a patient's dentition, it might be necessary purchase a new mouthpiece.

While consumer electronics have a lifespan of 2 to 7 years, our Hydrostation has been tested for a lifespan of 5 years. Of course, the device may last longer depending on responsibly following the usage guidelines.
