Yes! Proclaim is registered with the FDA as a Class I medical device

What is the Proclaim Warranty?

Each Proclaim hydrostation and custom mouthpiece is covered under our product warranty for one year. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and begins once the product is received. This warranty covers any and all defects in materials and workmanship. We do not cover for issues caused by improper use, changes made to the cosmetics of the hydrostation, or accidents such as dropping the device. How long will my Proclaim last?

Proclaim's specially tailored mouthpiece is designed to remain effective for a period of at least 2 years under typical usage. In cases where significant modifications occur in a patient's dentition, it might be necessary purchase a new mouthpiece.

While consumer electronics have a lifespan of 2 to 7 years, our Hydrostation has been tested for a lifespan of 5 years. Of course, the device may last longer depending on responsibly following the usage guidelines.
