How do I gift Proclaim to someone?

To send the gift of a custom clean simply use the giftee's name, address, email, and phone number to place the order. Because Proclaim requires an intraoral scan to create a custom mouthpiece, we must communicate with the recipient themselves.

At this time, we are not offering gift cards therefore the recipient will be notified in real time that an order has been placed on their behalf. We will reach out after the purchase has been made to set up the recipient with one of our scanning partners.

Is FRESH Health the same thing as Proclaim?

FRESH Health is our company name, and the Proclaim Custom-Jet Oral Health System is our initial product name and descriptor.

What is your cancellation & return policy?

Cancellations: We will accept cancellations for your order only if your custom mouthpiece has not yet gone into production. If our manufacturer has begun building your mouthpiece, it will automatically be shipped to your home after production. In this case we encourage you to try our product because we know you will love it! If for any reason you choose to return, you can via our Proclaim Promise.

The Proclaim Promise: We will accept a return of your products for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of delivery. The hydrostation & mouthpiece must be returned in the original working condition and with the original product packaging. To return, please email us at customercare@proclaimhealth.com and we will send you an RMA number and pre-paid return shipping label for your bundle. 

Refunds: Refunds are processed within approximately ten business days after our receipt of your products. If the products are returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional fee. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If you no longer have your original form of payment, please alert customer care as a check will need to be mailed to you. If you financed your purchase, Affirm will refund your paid installments less any interest paid.

Can I apply a discount to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed. However, we do offer a window of opportunity for customers to contact us within 72 hours of placing their order to inquire about any available discounts that may apply.

We have implemented the 72-hour time limit to ensure fairness and efficiency in our discount application process. This window allows us to review and address customer inquiries promptly while also maintaining the integrity of our pricing policies.

No, discount codes must be active at the time of your inquiry and purchase to be eligible for use. We cannot apply discount codes that have expired or are not currently valid. Please make sure to check the validity of your discount code before applying it to your order.
