Yes! Proclaim is registered with the FDA as a Class I medical device
What are the cancellation, return & refund policies?
Cancellations: We will accept cancellations for your order only if your custom mouthpiece has not yet gone into production. If our manufacturer has begun building your mouthpiece, it will automatically be shipped to your home after production. In this case we encourage you to try our product because we know you will love it! If for any reason you choose to return, you can via our Proclaim Promise.
The Proclaim Promise: We will accept a return of your products for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of delivery. The hydrostation & mouthpiece must be returned in the original working condition and with the original product packaging. To return, please email us at customercare@proclaimhealth.com and we will send you an RMA number and pre-paid return shipping label for your bundle.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within approximately ten business days after our receipt of your products. If the products are returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional fee. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If you no longer have your original form of payment, please alert customer care as a check will need to be mailed to you. If you financed your purchase, Affirm will refund your paid installments less any interest paid.
What is the Proclaim Warranty?
Each Proclaim hydrostation and custom mouthpiece is covered under our product warranty for one year. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and begins once the product is received. This warranty covers any and all defects in materials and workmanship. We do not cover for issues caused by improper use, changes made to the cosmetics of the hydrostation, or accidents such as dropping the device.
