What happens if a mouthpiece case/scan is rejected by Proclaim?
The status of the case will change to "Rescan" and your practice will be notified. The patient's order status will also indicate that action is needed. You will need to contact the patient, complete a new scan, and upload these new scans to the same case to continue with the mouthpiece order.
